Leads Everyday needed fast, stable and secure Wi-Fi to support cloud tools, communications and daily operations. The system also needed internet redundancy, properly separated guest access and a network foundation that could be managed and scaled cleanly.
A previous installation had left Wi-Fi 7 access points hidden inside a ceiling void, where foil-backed panels caused reflection and interference. Guest traffic was merged with the business network, there was no VLAN segmentation, no fixed IP structure, IP conflicts were common, the cabinet was disorganised and the client had no proper ownership access to the system.
Smart AI Core factory reset and rebuilt the network from scratch. Access points were repositioned for real coverage, a clean IP scheme was introduced, guest and business networks were separated with VLANs, critical equipment received static addresses, fibre was installed as the primary connection, Starlink was configured as automatic failover, a UniFi UPS was added and the rack was restructured for maintainability.
The office now has full-speed Wi-Fi, stable coverage, separated guest access, fewer operational risks, automatic internet failover, improved cybersecurity and a clean infrastructure base that supports the team without daily interruption.
